• Understand GT + MT distribution deeply

What youll actually do

• Build and scale General Trade and Modern Trade
• Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners
• Design visibility, bundling, festive, and local activation ideas
• Work closely with founders on pricing, schemes, margins, and expansion
• Shape how Har Ghar Puja shows up in the market , not just where its listed

Who this is for

• 715 years in FMCG / consumer brands
• Hands-on GT + MT experience
• Strong distributor network (Delhi NCR experience is a plus)
