Founding Intern - Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (India preferred)

Engagement: 3-month internship fast-track to full-time offer

Stipend: 20,000 / month

Role Snapshot

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team to ship features in a cross-platform desktop application that combines modern front-end engineering with cutting-edge AI workflows. Expect steep learning, rapid iteration, and real product impact from day one.

What You'll Tackle

• Build and refine user flows in React 18, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Create and consume REST/GraphQL endpoints in a Node.js 20 environment.
• Wire up front-end components to Electron IPC bridges for smooth desktop interactions.
• Implement local storage, state management, and basic analytics logging.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint demos with senior engineers.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end tooling.
• Hands-on experience (projects or coursework) with React or a comparable library.
• Comfort using Git, command-line workflows, and basic debugging tools.
• Curiosity about AI/LLM integrations and willingness to learn fast.
• Clear written and spoken communication for effective remote collaboration.

Interview Process

1. Founder Call (30 min) background, goals, culture add.
2. Paid Technical Assessment (24 h) small Electron + API exercise
3. Director Round (45 min) deep dive into your solution and internship roadmap.
