About PiAxis

PiAxis is building a new generation of AI-native software for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. This is a $10+ trillion global industry, yet the core software powering it has barely changed in decades.

Our ambition is simple:

Build the next defining AI-native software stack for the 10B$ architecture, engineering & construction industry in the US the Figma for AEC.

We are currently working with early design partners in the United States and building the first version of the platform. The is an architect based in the US, scaled 2 successful companies & ex-McKinsey with deep industry expertise and strong investor relationships, and were now looking for our first marketing leader to help build and scale the growth engine.

The Role

You will own marketing and growth at PiAxis.

Your job is to build the pipeline engine that drives the companys growth.

You will work directly with the founders to identify the channels that work outbound, LinkedIn distribution, content, SEO, events, partnerships, paid acquisition, or channels we haven't explored yet and scale them.

This is a founding role with the opportunity to grow into VP Marketing as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Build and own PiAxiss end-to-end marketing strategy
• Create and scale pipeline generation channels
• Run growth experiments across inbound and outbound
• Develop product messaging and positioning
• Build the marketing team (23 people initially)
• Work closely with founders on go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

• 510 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or AI
• Strong track record of building pipeline and demand generation
• Highly hands-on comfortable executing, not just managing
• Experience working in early-stage environments
