Founding Growth Officer RADICAL
RADICAL is building a global premium mens identity brand rooted in Indian Heritage, Warrior Discipline and Modern Masculine Philosophy.
We are entering the market through mens jewellery and expanding through watches, wearables, fragrance and essential accessories for the modern RADICAL man.
Now were looking for a Founding Growth Officer someone who doesnt just run ads, but builds revenue engines.
This is not just a job.
This is a build-from-zero opportunity.
Your Mandate
Own growth. Own revenue. Own scale.
You will:
Build RADICALs D2C growth engine (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Architect funnels, AOV strategy, and retention loops
Define CAC, LTV, contribution margin frameworks
Lead launch strategy (India + UAE + global roadmap)
Scale performance budgets responsibly
Build the early growth team
This is about building a growth engine not managing campaigns.
Who You Are
5+ years in consumer / D2C brands
Have scaled revenue meaningfully (20Cr+ level experience preferred)
Understand premium positioning (no discount addiction mindset)
Strong with numbers not vanity metrics
Calm, analytical, execution-driven
Founder mentality
Bonus if youve worked in jewellery, fashion, fragrance, or UAE/GCC and global markets.
