About Us

We are building the operating system that enables brands to expand and scale across global markets integrating regulatory workflows, product launch and activation processes, and multi-market commercial execution into a single, cohesive platform. In the long term, we are architecting the system to enable automation and intelligence, evolving into an AI-powered, borderless, and self-orchestrated commerce execution environment. The decisions we make now in workflow modeling, data structure, and system design directly shape that future.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on, build-from-zero engineering role.

You will:

• Work closely with leadership to define core architecture and platform components.
• Translate real operational workflows into backend systems, data models, and product flows.
• Write production code and build functioning systems end-to-end.
• Iterate in fast cycles with real usage feedback.
• Establish engineering practices, tooling, and structure from the beginning.

You prefer having responsibility for both the decision and the implementation understanding the why and shaping the how. That is the nature of this role.

What Youll Do:

• Build backend and/or full-stack features across core platform modules
• Architect clean, scalable data models, APIs, and logic layers
• Convert workflows and user journeys into structured product flows and automation
• Build internal dashboards, control panels, and operational tooling
• Collaborate with or guide external engineering contributors when required
• Define standards for code quality, structure, and documentation
• Ship fast, measure outcomes, and refine continuously

Required Experience

• 5+ years in product engineering/startup or fast-paced product environments
• Strong in at least one of:
• Backend: Node.js / Python / Go + PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Frontend: React / Next.js or equivalent
• Ability to design logical data schemas and clean API interfaces
• Experience building workflow or data-centric systems
• Comfortable working with evolving product definitions and real-world feedback
• Familiarity with LLM-assisted workflows, embeddings, or RAG-style automation
• Exposure to multi-tenant architecture or modular service design
• Prior involvement in mentoring or guiding other engineers
