Founding Engineer

We are building a technology driven consumer platform from the ground up and are looking for a technical Co Founder who will transition into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role as we scale.

This is not a typical job, it is a founding position with equity, ownership, and long term leadership responsibility. This is a full time on site role for a Founding Engineer, based in Bengaluru.

• Architect and build the end-to-end technology platform (mobile apps + backend + infrastructure)
• Lead development from scratch to production grade scalable system
• Design real time systems involving user activity, tracking, and operational workflows
• Build and manage the engineering team as we grow
• Establish engineering culture, standards, and long term tech roadmap
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy and execution

You should be strong in most of the following:

Mobile Development

• React Native or Flutter (cross-platform preferred)
• Native Android (Kotlin) / iOS (Swift) is a plus

Backend

• Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (Django/FastAPI)
• REST APIs & real-time communication (WebSockets)
• Microservices architecture understanding

Database

• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Redis (caching)
• Experience with scalable data modeling

Infrastructure

• AWS / GCP / Azure
• Docker & containerization
• CI/CD pipelines
• Basic DevOps and cloud deployment knowledge
