Founding Engineer / Lead Architect (AI-Native ERP)

We are a stealth-mode, revenue-generating AI venture redefining the most critical piece of enterprise software: The ERP.

For 30 years, ERPs have been static, monolithic "forms" that rely on humans to enter data. They are systems of record . We are building a system of action .

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to architect an Agentic AI-Native ERP for the physical industries. We are backed by deep domain expertise and have secured a strategic partnership with a major enterprise customer to fund our MVP.

The Opportunity: Employee #1

This is not a maintenance role. This is a 0-to-1 build . You will work directly with the Founder (a technical builder) to architect the "Central Nervous System" for a massive legacy industry. You will own the tech stack, the architecture, and the engineering culture.

• Complex Data Synthesis: Designing a unified data layer that seamlessly ingests messy, real-world operational data and converts it into structured financial intelligence.
• Scalable Autonomy: Building a resilient orchestration engine that allows AI agents to handle long-running, multi-step workflows without human intervention.
• Offline-First Resilience: Architecting a distributed system that ensures data consistency and performance even in unreliable, low-connectivity field environments.

Who We Are Looking For

• A "Product" Engineer: You care about the business problem and user value, not just the code.
• Senior Chops (7+ Years): You have architected complex backends from scratch. You understand distributed systems and data consistency.
• Modern Stack Expert: You are fluent in Python (FastAPI/Django), Postgres, and modern Frontend frameworks.
• AI Pragmatist: You know how to tame LLMs to deliver reliable, deterministic outputs for enterprise use cases.
