Founding Engineer – Frontend Architecture (React / D3.js Graph)

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Working Hours: 12:30-9pm IST (Monday-Friday)

The Mission: You are the architect of our "Intelligence Dashboard." We have a dedicated Data Engineer providing raw feeds; your job is to turn that data into "Structural Alpha" platform. You will build the interactive "Lenses" that help CEOs visualize organizational maturity.

What Youll Do:

• The Graph Engine: Build a performant, zoomable, and interactive Organizational Tree using D3.js or React-Flow.
• The Lens System: Architect a state-driven UI where users can toggle between "Retail Media Maturity" and "Data Sovereignty" views instantly.
• UI/UX Strategy: Define the visual language of the project. Ensure the dashboard feels like a premium "Command Center."
• Scale: Optimize renders for 5,000+ node hierarchies without browser lag or flickering.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in Frontend Architecture (React.js / TypeScript).
• Expert-level knowledge of D3.js or Canvas-based visualizations (Portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of state management (Zustand, Redux) for high-intensity data apps.
• A "Product First" mindsetyou care about the "Glow" and the "Feel" as much as the code.
