About the Role

We are launching a new-age Lead Generationfocused Digital Marketing startup and are seeking our first employee and core stakeholder . This role is designed for a professional who has built a business or vertical from zero to growth , taken ownership end-to-end, and understands how to convert strategy into revenue, scalable teams, and long-term client satisfaction .

This is not a routine job. It is a foundational leadership role with high responsibility, autonomy, and growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build the lead generation business from ground zero to scalable growth
  • Design and execute lead generation strategies across B2B digital channels
  • Own revenue targets , pipeline creation, and conversion performance
  • Build, hire, train, and manage the lead generation and marketing team
  • Define SOPs, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and quality benchmarks
  • Coordinate closely with sales and clients to ensure lead quality and satisfaction
  • Identify new markets, niches, and service opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and performance optimization


Required Profile

  • Proven experience in building a digital marketing / lead generation function from scratch
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and teams
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation (services preferred)
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  • Leadership mindset with ownership mentality
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
  • Experience managing hybrid or remote teams is an advantage
