About the Mission

Indias Q-Commerce market has become a retail media ecosystem Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart behave like FMCG distributors, retailers and ad platforms combined. Brands are spending crores to win SKU visibility without knowing whether the product is actually available in the dark store.

This creates a new category of leakage:

Paid activation without physical availability.

We are building the Intelligence & Fix Layer for FMCGs starting with Mumbai pilots, expanding nationally city-by-city.

Role Overview

We are not hiring an employee.

We are hiring the technical + analytical brain of the founding team.

You will take raw Q-Commerce signals and convert them into Revenue Truth for brands.

You Will Own

1. Data Ingestion Layer (V1)

Collect SKU signals using Python, scraping, APIs or manual sampling.

2. Leakage Math

Convert blind spots into revenue losses ( lakhs/month).

3. Pilot Dashboard

Ship client-ready dashboards using Streamlit / Retool / PowerBI.

4. Insights Actions

Prototype the fix-layer (alerts, playbooks, routing logic).

5. Field Feedback

Sit in pilot reviews with Category/Supply stakeholders & refine.

You Are a Fit If You:

think in both SQL and GM%

can explain ROAS/CAC to a marketer and fill-rates to a supply head

know how to move from notebook dashboard fast

have built scrapers, ETL or data products before

want to own something from zero instead of doing tickets

care about outcomes more than elegance

Baseline Requirements

Python (2+ yrs)

SQL (1+ yrs)

Scraping / APIs / ETL exposure

Dashboarding (PowerBI / Tableau / Streamlit / Retool)

Comfort with ambiguous specs & founder pace
