We are currently at the MVP stage, onboarding early users and validating market traction in India.

We are now looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual in Delhi/NCR to help us build our early community and partnerships..

Role Description:

As our Founding Community & Partnerships Associate, you will:

• Reach out to colleges, universities, and student communities
• Conduct demo sessions (online/offline)
• Onboard students and researchers onto the MVP platform
• Collect structured feedback and insights

• Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and innovation hubs
• Pitch Educorpconnect as a talent & collaboration platform
• Onboard companies for internships, mentorship, and collaborations

• Build campus ambassador programs
• Create WhatsApp/LinkedIn communities
• Organize small networking meetups (if feasible)
• Track onboarding KPIs and report weekly metrics

• Gather pain points from users
• Suggest improvements for the MVP
• Work closely with the founder on market validation strategy

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Is based in Delhi/NCR
• Has strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Is comfortable doing outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls, campus visits)
• Has experience in:
• Student organizations
• EdTech startups
• Business development
• Campus ambassador programs
• Research communities
• Is entrepreneurial and comfortable in early-stage chaos
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus if you:

• Have connections in Delhi/NCR universities
• Have worked with incubation centers or startup communities
• Understand higher education ecosystem
