Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Founding Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Growth Co-Founder. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, overseeing branding efforts, and managing public relations. The role also involves driving business growth, leading sales initiatives, and collaborating with the leadership team to set and achieve growth targets. As a founding member, the candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's overall vision and market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Planning, Market Research, and understanding of customer behavior
• IIM / top-tier MBA preferred
• Founder mindset: ownership, speed, accountability
• Experience in Marketing Management and developing strategic marketing campaigns
• Proven skills in Public Relations, brand communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated success in Sales and achieving growth targets
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
• Relevant experience in service-oriented industries is a plus
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
