Were building RAYY a hyperlocal marketplace for learning and experiences launching in Gurgaon .

Hiring: Founding City Growth Head (Gurgaon)

You will own GTM + Marketing + Bookings + Repeat for the city.

• On-ground in Gurgaon, for the first 90 days
• You personally run society/school/community activations , partnerships, and conversion follow-ups (not an advisor role)
• Comfortable with lean fixed + equity upside (ownership game, not corporate)

• City GTM plan + weekly sprint execution
• Marketing that drives outcomes: messaging, city campaigns, funnel conversion, basic performance experiments (ROI-first)
• Distribution: RWAs/societies, schools, communities, corporates, local creators
• Repeat loops: referrals, loyalty/credits, bundles, routines (no endless discounting)
• Weekly dashboards: leads bookings repeat + channel performance

• Youve executed GTM/growth hands-on (not just managed teams)
• Youre structured, fast, and comfortable in ambiguity
• You can build playbooks and small teams as we scale
