About the Opportunity

Lillipods by HEI Schools flagship center of Finnish early education brand is now launching in Nallagandla, Hyderabad!

We are seeking a visionary senior preschool leader to build, lead, and shape our preschool from inception, delivering world-class Finnish play-based learning with full operational independence.

Role Overview

As the Center Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of

the preschool, ensuring that our Children and Educators receive the best possible environment

for learning and development. Ensure to maintain high standards in education and operations.

You will have independence in daily operations with direct access to the franchise partners.

Role Requirements:

Lead end-to-end preschool operations, academics, and team culture

Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Develop and implement curriculum aligned with best practices in early childhood

education.

Build strong parent relationships and act as the face of the preschool

Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

Communicate regularly with parents and address their concerns.

Maintain and oversee administrative records and budgeting.

Organize and participate in events and activities whenever required.

Proficiency in MS OOice and research skills.

Leadership Authority

Independence in day-to-day academic and operational decisions

Ownership of team performance and classroom quality

Strategic input into growth, expansion readiness, and future centers

Qualifications:

Bachelor & a post or masters degree in early childhood education or a related field

(Good to have).

Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in pre-primary education.

Strong understanding of preschool curriculum and early childhood development.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
