Adopt is an agentic automation platform that turns any enterprise system - apps with or without APIs, and structured or unstructured data - into executable actions, enabling AI agents to automate real business workflows end-to-end.
Adopt automatically discovers how systems work, generates reliable actions, and exposes them via SDKs, APIs, or MCP so companies can deploy agents in days instead of months. This lets enterprises modernize legacy and modern software without rewriting or replacing them, and move beyond brittle RPA or manual integrations.
We sell to CIOs, CTOs, IT, Digital Transformation, and Ops leaders at large enterprises.
The Role (Read This Carefully)
This is a founding, outbound-first BDR role.
You are not just qualifying inbound leads.
You are creating pipeline from scratch.
- You will:
- Prospect into large enterprise accounts
- Research accounts and stakeholders
- Write smart, personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
- Cold call when needed
- Book meetings for the CEO and Founding AE
- You will help build:
- Our outbound motion
- Our ICP definitions
- Our messaging and sequences
- Our early sales playbook
This is a builder role in a fast-moving, early-stage company.
What Youll Own
Outbound prospecting into:
- CIO / CTO / IT / Digital / Ops leaders
- Account research and mapping
Multi-channel outreach:
- Calls
- Events & lists
Setting high-quality meetings
Building real, qualified pipeline (not spammy meetings)
Working closely with:
- CEO
- Founding AE
- Marketing
Who Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
14+ years in B2B SaaS outbound sales / BDR / SDR
Has done real outbound (not just inbound qualification)
Smart, articulate, and curious
Comfortable talking to senior enterprise personas
Willing to work very hard and learn very fast
High ownership, high energy, high ambition
Strongly Preferred
Experience selling or prospecting into:
- Enterprise accounts
- IT / Engineering / Ops personas
Exposure to:
- Automation, RPA, SaaS, DevTools, Data, or AI products
Has worked at:
- Early-stage startup
- Or high-growth company with strong outbound culture
