Work directly with the founder. Build the next phase of Porcellia.


Porcellia is entering a rapid growth phase.


New clients. Bigger mandates. Faster execution cycles.


Which means the founder can no longer do everything alone.


Were looking for someone to join the Founders Office and work closely on sales, growth, and strategic execution. This role is designed for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions happen and who enjoys turning ideas into action quickly.


If you like solving messy problems, closing opportunities, and building systems while a company scales, this will feel less like a job and more like a front-row seat.


What Youll Actually Do

  • Work directly with the founder on sales opportunities and client communications
  • Identify and reach out to high-potential D2C brands and founders
  • Help build and refine Porcellias sales pipeline and outbound systems
  • Assist in strategy discussions, proposals, and growth experiments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Track opportunities, deals, and growth initiatives


Some days will be sales.

Some days will be strategy.

Some days will be pure problem-solving.


Who This Role Is For

  • Curious about D2C, startups, and growth systems
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, growth, or founders office roles
  • Someone who enjoys high ownership and fast execution
  • Strong communicator who can confidently speak with founders and operators
  • Organized enough to manage multiple conversations and moving pieces


This role suits someone who wants to learn how companies scale from the inside.


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Youve had prior experience working with D2C brands and understand the fundamentals of marketing
  • Youve worked in a startup or high-speed environment
  • Youve done some form of sales, partnerships, or outbound outreach
  • Youre comfortable thinking strategically, not just executing tasks
  • You like working directly with founders instead of large hierarchies
