Founder's Office - Operations

My brain is wired for systems. Industrial Engineering + tech consulting did that.

Weve soft launched and pressure tested the messy early stage ops.

Now its time to build dynamic systems that adapt as we scale.

Im looking for a copilot to take full ownership of that.

Hiring Founder's Office - Operations at Unscene.

Complete hands-on role. Youll work directly with me.

The Role.

Manage the backend tech and coordinate with shipping partners to ensure each order reaches the customer swiftly

Lead day to day warehouse operations (currently a part of the office operates as the warehouse). These would include setting up the process and executing when necessary

Lead offline activities for the brand. Right now, these would be pop ups and offline activations

Lead procurement of niche items with vendors across the globe

Find and implement cool stuff that makes everyones life easier within and beyond order fulfilment

Fires are inevitable and you will be responsible for assisting me in putting those out

Were in the early stages of scaling, so building and maintaining strong operational systems is critical. This role is best suited for someone structured, detail-oriented, and thick skinned.

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Workdays: 6 days/week

Experience: 13 years only (no freshers or candidates above 3 years); D2C operations experience preferred.
