Magma Digital Ventures is a venture studio building and scaling multiple businesses across outsourcing and SaaS.

We operate in a fast-paced, execution-first environment with a strong focus on outcomes.
This is not a conventional job.
You will work directly with the Founder across multiple businesses, operating across ops, sales, strategy, and execution whatever it takes to move things forward.
If youre looking for clearly defined responsibilities, this role is not for you.
Work closely with the Founder on high-priority initiatives
Drive execution across operations, sales, and strategy
Take ownership of projects from 0 1 and scale-up
Step into gaps whether its closing a deal, fixing ops, or launching something new
Manage multiple priorities across different businesses
Solve problems independently with speed and clarity
Fast thinker who can figure things out quickly
Exceptionally well-spoken (critical)
Strong execution bias gets things done
Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure environments
High ownership mindset thinks like a founder
Willing to do whatever it takes
14 years in startups / consulting / founders office / ops roles
Exposure to sales / client-facing / business operations
Proven track record of driving outcomes
Work directly with the Founder
Exposure to multiple businesses & industries
High responsibility early on
