We're an early-stage startup dedicated to revitalizing the lives of older adults by helping them to utilize their smartphones more effectively. There are so many amazing apps with features, tools & games we enjoy every day that older adults miss out on.


In our Indian families, the physical health needs of seniors are prioritized, while their emotional & social needs are often overlooked. With families becoming smaller, busier and more spread out, the pains of boredom and loneliness among seniors are emerging rapidly.

At Fullhouse, we believe boredom isnt just about having nothing to do. It reflects deeper gaps in anticipation (something to look forward to), accomplishment (feeling progress), and validation (feeling seen and heard).

Role: Founder's office - Marketing and User Acquisition Internship

Location: Mumbai

Commitment: 2-3 days a week in person at Prabhadevi office/ event locations + flexible remote work

Compensation: INR 10k/ month, additional letter of recommendation for high-performing interns

Ideal candidate profile: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Mumbai-based college


Job Profile

Youll work closely with the founders to onboard users through online engagement and offline events. Your role will focus on building a community, creating content, and driving user acquisition. There is a lot to do to go from 0 to 1, and some of these are likely to come on your plate:

  • Ideate and execute offline engagement events for seniors from planning to on-ground execution, to drive app adoption
  • Build and manage WhatsApp communities for seniors onboard users, share updates, and maintain daily engagement
  • Create platform-specific video content for WhatsApp and Instagram from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing
  • Support visual branding efforts by working with our branding partner on merchandise, posters, and other creative assets
  • Explore and assist in small-scale social media ad campaigns to test what resonates with our audience
