Location: Onsite CR Park (Neofox HQ)

Duration: 6 Months Internship (with PPO based on performance)

About the Role:

Youll work directly with the founders helping crack strategies, build pitches, and execute ideas that shape the agencys next chapter. Think of it as a crash course in brand building, leadership, and organized chaos.

What Youll Do:

• Help plan campaigns, decks, and creative strategy sprints
• Take notes, follow-up on meetings, and write documentation like a machine
• Work across functions from ops to creative to sales with zero ego
• Join key calls, track client updates, and report progress
• Support internal systems: hiring docs, OKRs, decks, daily check-ins

What Were Looking For:

• Ownership mindset no task is too small or too vague
• Great writing, clear documentation, and attention to detail
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Curiosity for how brands, agencies, and creative businesses scale
• Hunger to learn directly from the drivers' seat
