Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Marketing Lead in the Founders Office. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns tailored for the B2B SaaS environment, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement. Daily tasks include creating marketing strategies, developing content, managing digital channels, optimizing campaigns, analyzing customer insights, and collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Optimization
  • Skills in Content Creation, Brand Positioning, and Communication
  • Lead Generation, Analytics, and Data Interpretation expertise
  • Ability to strategize for B2B SaaS markets and growth-oriented startups
  • Proficiency in tools for marketing automation and analytics
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in the SaaS sector or startup ecosystem is a strong advantage

What Youll Do

  • Own and execute PiAxiss end-to-end marketing strategy (inbound + outbound)
  • Generate and scale qualified leads across content, email, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to improve funnel performance and conversions
  • Analyze marketing performance, report on KPIs, and optimize campaigns
  • Build, manage, and mentor a growing marketing team
  • Shape brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership

What Were Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS/startup preferred)
  • Proven experience generating demand and pipeline
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience leading and developing team members
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry experience
  • Early-stage startup experience
  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
