About the Role

We are looking for a strategic generalist to join the Founders Office as a Chief of Staff a

high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and execution.

Youll work directly with the Founder/CEO to drive key company priorities, manage cross-

functional initiatives, and help scale the business efficiently. This role is ideal for someone

with a finance, consulting, or venture capital background who wants to transition into a

strategic operator role inside a fast-growing company.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

Partner with the Founder/CEO to define company goals, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.

Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely execution on key priorities.

Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions.

2. Finance & Investor Relations

Build financial models, dashboards, and reports for leadership and investors.

Work on fundraising materials, investor updates, and due diligence processes.

Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to track KPIs and cash flow metrics.

3. Operational Excellence

Identify bottlenecks and design processes to make teams more efficient.

Manage key special projects from new product launches to partnership evaluations.

Support recruitment for key leadership roles and own internal communication rhythms.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as a bridge between the Founder and department heads.

Translate strategy into action by ensuring initiatives are tracked, reported, and delivered.

Step in as proxy for the Founder in key meetings when needed.


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 35 years across venture capital, consulting, investment banking, or operating

roles in a startup or high-growth environment.

Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling ability, exceptional communication,

structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Mindset: Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and eagerness to learn.

Tools: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, and presentation tools;

bonus if familiar with startup tools like Asana or ClickUp.
