About the Role Founders Office (Business Development & Account Management)
This is a high-impact, mixed role combining Account Management and Business Development for our recruitment services, with direct exposure to the Founder.
You will work closely with the Founder to identify potential clients, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth, while gaining deep insights into the recruitment and executive search industry.

The LHR Group is a 20-year-old executive search firm specializing in mid to senior-level hiring (30 LPA to 2 Cr CTC).
We partner with a diverse set of clients including top conglomerates, MBB & consulting firms, large MNCs, and high-growth startups.
Key Responsibilities
You will own revenue generation and client growth, with responsibilities including:
Founders Office Collaboration
Work directly with the Founder to identify high-potential target companies and define outreach strategies.
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Building
- Proactively scout and onboard new clients
- Attend and organize networking events, industry meets, and client interactions to build a strong pipeline
Relationship Management
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their hiring needs, and build relationships until conversion
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams during early engagement stages
Account Management (Post Conversion)
- Serve as SPOC for assigned accounts
- Drive revenue mining by securing new mandates and ensuring successful closures
Client Engagement & Growth
- Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback
- Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Business Development, Account Management, Client Servicing, etc.)
- Strong track record of building and nurturing business relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High energy, ownership mindset, and execution focus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Keen interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and consulting environments
