Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join the Founders Office as a Sales & Business Operations Manager. The role involves driving client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and operational coordination within the Human Resource and Recruitment industry.
The position requires working closely with the CEO, supporting strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving business growth by engaging with senior HR decision-makers such as CHROs, VP-HR, HR Directors, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition leaders
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO in both strategic and operational matters.
Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and follow-ups.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the CEO with confidentiality.
Track and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management, staff, clients, and external partners.
Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Ensure smooth information flow within the organization and support decision-making processes
Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, and meeting logistics
Oversee high-priority client and partner communication on behalf of the CEO
Draft reports, presentations, minutes, and business correspondence
Support strategic projects, internal team coordination, and follow-ups
Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions
Represent the CEO in select meetings and events when required
2. Market Research & Business Strategy
Identify and analyse new market segments for staffing & Recruitment services
Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to penetrate new accounts.
Track industry trends, competition, and potential client needs to design effective solutions.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Generate a pipeline of leads through cold calls, networking, online research, and industry events.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, procurement leads, etc.).
Present and pitch staffing solutions to potential clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Acquire new clients specifically from theHR / Recruitment Industry ecosystem.
Approach and build relationships with senior HR leaders such as:
oCHRO
oVP HR
oHR Director
oHead HR
oTalent Acquisition Heads
oEquivalent HR Leadership stakeholders
Present and pitch customized staffing and executive search solutions.
Convert prospects into long-term strategic accounts.
4. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
Customize solutions and proposals to meet client needs and business challenges.
Achieve revenue targets by securing new contracts and building sustainable business relationships.
5. Collaboration & Operational Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop service-level agreements (SLAs) and pricing models.
6.. Reporting & Performance Metrics:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on business development progress.
Monitor and analyse sales performance to optimize future strategies.
Key Requirements:
Strong Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry).
Proven experience in starting and growing a client base from scratch.
Skills:
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a startup environment.
Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & Excellent Personality skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a proactive mindset.
- Travelling is mandatory for this role
- Candidates must either be currently based in Noida or be willing to relocate to Noida upon selection.
