Role Title: Founder Office Intern

Location: Pune

Duration: 36 months

Role Purpose

Support the SIS channel in retail execution, inventory management, operations, visibility and basic analytics to improve store performance and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Tracking :

• Support implementation of schemes, offers, and promotions at store level
• Inventory management at Store level
• Accurate weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and basic negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with retail environments.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; ability to make simple dashboards is a plus.
• Ownership mindset: proactive follow-ups and problem-solving.
