Role Overview:

This role is part of the Founder's Office , working directly with the Founder(s) and senior leadership to drive high-impact strategic and executional initiatives across key business verticals including Supply Chain & Operations, Ecommerce & Marketplaces, Finance, Business Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Success)

The role demands a rare blend of structured thinking, execution rigor, cross-functional influence, and founder-level ownership . The exact charter will be tailored based on the candidates background and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Projects & Business Execution

• Drive end-to-end execution of critical business initiatives identified by the Founders
• Break down ambiguous problem statements into clear action plans, owners, and timelines
• Track progress, unblock dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery across functions

2. Cross-Functional Ownership (Multiple Verticals)

Depending on alignment, the role may include deep ownership in one or more of the following:

SCM / Operations

• Support demand planning, inventory optimization, vendor performance tracking
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements

Ecommerce / Marketplaces

• Track business performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, D2C website
• Support pricing, promotions, catalog, and growth initiatives

Finance / BizOps

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and cost optimization
• Build MIS dashboards and performance trackers for leadership reviews

Manufacturing

• Work on manufacturing planning, capacity utilization, cost control, and quality metrics
• Partner with factories and internal teams on yield, timelines, and compliance

Customer Success

• Track post-purchase experience metrics (NPS, returns, complaints, TATs)
• Drive cross-functional fixes for recurring CX issues and service gaps

3. Founder & Leadership Support

• Act as an extension of the Founder in internal reviews and cross-functional discussions
• Prepare high-quality decks, business notes, and decision frameworks
• Follow up on leadership decisions and ensure closure

4. Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Build structured reports, dashboards, and trackers across functions
• Translate data into insights and clear recommendations for decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background:

• 26 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Ops, or high-growth startups
• Exposure to D2C, Ecommerce, Consumer Brands, or Manufacturing-led businesses is strongly preferred
• Prior experience working in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments

Skill Set

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High execution ownership with the ability to operate independently
• Structured communication and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; comfort with data and dashboards
• Ability to shift between strategic thinking and ground-level execution
