Forward-Deployed Quant (Financial Services & Advisory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Quant who can operate at the intersection of markets, models, and business requirements. This role is client-facing by design and focused on solving real, high-impact financial problems for institutional clients, trading desks, and corporates. You will work on complex market, risk, and strategy questions, translating sophisticated financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and advisory outcomes that directly inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quantitative and financial representative in client discussions, workshops, and presentations
• Understand client objectives across trading, hedging, risk management, and financial strategy, and map them to our advisory offerings
• Translate complex financial models, strategies, risk frameworks and market views into clear narratives and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Work closely with internal quant and trading teams to customize solutions for client-specific use cases

Required Experience & Skills

• 24 years of experience in: Trading, quant, or market-facing roles OR Financial advisory, financial services, or institutional markets roles
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets, products, and services (derivatives, hedging, risk, structured products, etc.)
• Ability to reason quantitatively, even when not building models hands-on
• Excellent spoken and written English
• High agency: takes ownership, drives conversations, and figures things out independently
• Sharp problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous client problems
• MBA or CFA (completed or in progress) will be a plus
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
