Forward Deployed Engineer

AI Platform Engineering Specialist (TAM) | 3-5 YOE

Bangalore (On-site) | Product Company Only

Were hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers build and scale AI-first applications.

This is a technical, revenue-impact role, not support.

Must Have (non-negotiable):

• Product-based company experience only (No service background)
• 3+ years core product development
• Strong Python (mandatory)
• Fullstack experience (Node.js / NestJS preferred)
• 2+ years integrating LLM APIs in production
• Experience with HLD, LLD & system design
• Strong DSA fundamentals
• Excellent communicator

What Youll Do:

• Work directly with customers to build AI-powered features
• Review architecture, debug, and fix code when needed
• Write system prompts & build custom agents
• Own development, code reviews, and QA
• Translate PRDs into production-ready solutions

• Comfortable with AI-first systems
• Strong in architecture & async systems
