What Youll Do

• Work directly with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIO's from the world's top hedge funds and asset managers
• Analyze portfolios to uncover alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers.
• Design and validate analytics that solve real institutional workflows.
• Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that shape product and investment decisions.

What We Expect

• Bachelors or Masters from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM) with a minimum GPA of 8.7/10 (or equivalent).
• 24 years in front-office finance (IB, hedge fund, asset management)
• Top 5% performer - academically in your graduating class and/or professionally among peers.
• Strong math and stats background
• Deep investment fluency; elite analytical, modeling, and communication abilities.
• Precision, ownership, and comfort operating with senior stakeholders.
• CFA, FRM, MBA, or coding skills (Python/R) are strong pluses.
