Were Hiring: Formulation Chemist (Skincare, Haircare & Sunscreens)

We are looking for a Senior Formulation Chemist who doesnt just make formulas but builds products that scale, sell, and survive real markets.

If you have worked on skincare, haircare, or sunscreens and understand performance, stability, cost, and compliance, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

• Develop high-performance formulations across skincare, haircare, body care & sunscreens
• Work on modern UV filters, actives, textures, and sensorial systems
• Handle bench pilot commercial scale-up independently
• Optimize formulas for cost, stability, and global compliance (India, EU, etc.)
• Support client trials, reformulations, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with production, QC, and sourcing teams

What Were Looking For

• 1 to 10 years of hands-on formulation experience
• Strong expertise in emulsions, gels, surfactant systems, and actives
• Sunscreen experience (SPF / PA / UV filters) is a big plus
• Comfortable with raw material substitution, cost optimization, and scale-up issues
• Practical mindset you know what works in the factory, not just on paper
• Good documentation and communication skills
