| Installation and Configuration: |
| Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) components including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG. |
| Customize ForgeRock solutions to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other systems and applications. |
| System Administration: |
| Monitor system performance, availability, and security. |
| Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are current and secure. |
| Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. |
| Security Management: |
| Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. |
| Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. |
| Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards. |
| Troubleshooting and Support: |
| Provide level 2 and 3 support for ForgeRock-related issues. |
| Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. |
| Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve integration issues. |
| Documentation and Reporting: |
| Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. |
| Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics. |
| Collaboration and Training: |
| Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of IAM systems. |
| Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ForgeRock systems and best practices. |
| Technical Skills: |
| Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, etc.). |
| Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle). |
| Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). |
