Installation and Configuration: |
Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) components including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG. |
Customize ForgeRock solutions to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other systems and applications. |
System Administration: |
Monitor system performance, availability, and security. |
Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are current and secure. |
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. |
Security Management: |
Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. |
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. |
Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards. |
Troubleshooting and Support: |
Provide level 2 and 3 support for ForgeRock-related issues. |
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. |
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve integration issues. |
Documentation and Reporting: |
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. |
Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics. |
Collaboration and Training: |
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of IAM systems. |
Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ForgeRock systems and best practices. |
Technical Skills: |
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, etc.). |
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle). |
Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). |
