Role: ForgeRock Deeveloper

Location: Pune, Baner

Experience Required: 3+ years

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to UAE (3 to 5 months, once a year)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Extensive IAM Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years in ForgeRock-based implementations.

• Project Leadership:

Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple end-to-end IAM projects, including requirement gathering, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• ForgeRock Expertise:

Deep expertise in ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenIDM, and OpenDJ, including installation, configuration, and optimization in high-availability and clustered environments.

• Advanced SSO & Access Management:

Hands-on experience integrating complex applications with ForgeRock OpenAM for Single Sign-On (SSO), session management, coarse and fine-grained authorization, and password management.

• Custom Development & Plugin Engineering:

Skilled in developing custom authentication modules, post-authentication plugins (PAP), adaptive access management, step-up authentication, and dynamic login interfaces.

• Federation & Protocols:

Strong understanding and implementation experience of federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation across multi-domain environments.

• System Integration:

Experience integrating ForgeRock OpenIDM with diverse target systems such as LDAP directories (OpenDJ, Active Directory), relational databases, CSV files, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based platforms.

• Scripting & Automation:

Proficient in Groovy, JavaScript, and shell scripting for automation, customization, and orchestration of IAM workflows.

• Security & Compliance:

Familiarity with security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and audit requirements in IAM implementations.

• Mentorship & Collaboration:

Ability to mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural decisions and strategic planning.
