Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member with 6 to 10 years of experience in ForgeRock OpenAM for a hybrid work model. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing identity and access management solutions. The role requires proficiency in English (Read/Write) and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute to our companys mission by ensuring secure and efficient access management systems.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage ForgeRock OpenAM solutions to ensure secure access management.Oversee the integration of identity and access management systems with existing infrastructure.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ForgeRock OpenAM-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IAM solutions.Conduct regular audits and assessments of access management systems to ensure compliance.Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.Ensure timely updates and patches to ForgeRock OpenAM to maintain security standards.Assist in the development of security policies and procedures related to identity management.Train and mentor junior team members on ForgeRock OpenAM best practices.Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise for IAM initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their access management needs.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in ForgeRock OpenAM.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write).Show proficiency in integrating IAM solutions with various systems and applications.Have experience in conducting security audits and assessments.Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Demonstrate a commitment to staying updated with the latest IAM technologies and trends.
