Diligence team as a Forensic Accountant. This critical role involves conducting deep financial

investigations and integrity checks on potential and existing portfolio companies to validate reported

financial metrics and operational claims, mitigating investment risk.

Role Description

The Fund is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Chartered Accountant

(CA) to join our Investment Due Diligence team as a Forensic Accountant. This critical role involves

conducting deep financial investigations and integrity checks on potential and existing portfolio

companies to validate reported financial metrics, operational claims, and overall financial health. The

ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, an investigative mindset, and a meticulous

approach to financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in forensic accounting,

financial due diligence, or audit, preferably within a Big Four firm or a major financial

institution.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and

forensic investigation techniques.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze large, complex datasets to detect patterns

and anomalies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to present complex financial findings

clearly.
