1. 20+ years of Industry Experience with minimum 15+ years in Automotive Engineering.
2. Played a leadership role including responsibilities for PnL and growth targets.
3. Experience in working with and communicating/reporting to CXO level.
4. Good understanding of Next Generation technologies & solutions including Software Defined Vehicle, AI/Generative AI, Data Driver Software development, Autonomous Vehicle / Advance Driver Assistance Systems.
5. Building customer relationships and drive the GTM motions.
6. Understanding of business challenges of OEMs/Tier-1s to define relevant solutions and align the investments with a targeted ROI.
7. Defining Solution roadmap and driving the implementation with the architects and technical teams.
8. Strengthening the relationship with Ecosystem partners to expedite solutions development & faster GTM.
