This is a full-time, on-site role for a Footwear Buyer based in Noida. The Footwear Buyer will be responsible for range building, purchasing footwear items, managing assortments, and contributing to sales targets. The role involves developing buying strategies and ensuring an optimal balance between customer demand, trends, and brand identity. Collaboration with suppliers, monitoring market trends, and analyzing sales data will also be key responsibilities.

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market trends and sales data
• Proficiency in Range Building and Assortment planning
• Experience in Purchasing and procurement processes
• Understanding of Sales strategy to align buying decisions with revenue goals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
