Your responsibility :

• Strategic Team Plays: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decipher market dynamics, consumer needs, and the demands of various sports and activities.
• Design Slam-Dunks: Inject your creative prowess into crafting footwear that seamlessly blends style, performance, and comfort for athletes and enthusiasts alike.
• Trendsetting Moves: Stay ahead of the footwear game; be the trendsetter who anticipates and integrates the latest industry styles and technologies.
• Sketching Mastery: Translate your design concepts into detailed sketches and prototypes, considering materials, ergonomics, and manufacturing techniques.
• Team Cohesion: Work closely with manufacturing and product development teams to ensure your designs transition flawlessly from concept to reality.
• Quality Stride: Participate in rigorous testing and quality control processes to ensure footwear meets our commitment to excellence.

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Design or a related field.
• Proven experience: 3+ years of crafting standout designs in the footwear arena, focusing on sports or performance footwear.
• Tech Footprint: Proficiency in design software
• Material Maestro: Deep understanding of materials, construction techniques, and an eye for innovation.
