Bara Academy India is looking for passionate coaches who believe in long-term player development and want to work within the official FC Barcelona Academy training methodology.

Locations: Gurgaon | Pune | Mumbai | Bangalore | Chennai | Ahmedabad | Kochi

Role Overview:

This role goes beyond delivering training sessions. Coaches act as mentors and development guides helping young players grow while supporting parents in understanding the right training pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions following Bara methodology
• Develop players technically, tactically and cognitively
• Conduct player assessments and provide feedback
• Guide parents on player development pathways
• Support trials, open days and onboarding of players

Requirements:

• AFC / AIFF D or C License (mandatory)
• 0 - 10+ years coaching experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for grassroots football development
