Job Description
We are hiring aFood Testing Laboratory Technician for aFood Processing Unit to strengthen our quality and food safety systems.
Qualification
B.Sc. Food Technology / B.Tech Food Technology /Post Graduate inMicrobiology or equivalent
Experience
Minimum1 year of hands-on experience in:
- Nutritional analysis
- Microbial testing
- Handling microbial testing procedures and lab equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct food quality and safety testing
- Perform microbial and nutritional analysis
- Maintain lab records, SOPs, and test reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
