Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
Oversee financial control for Foodlink F&B outlets (restaurants/banquets), ensuring cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and profitability through analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate food/beverage costs, menu pricing, and recipe costing; engineer menus for optimal profitability.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventories, variance analysis, and monitor wastage/pilferage.
- Verify POS sales, settlements, voids, and transfers to PMS; reconcile against budgets.
- Audit receiving/stores, requisitions, and supplier contracts; ensure no unapproved issues.
- Prepare F&B reports, track KPIs (cost of sales, slow-moving items), and advise on pricing adjustments.
Requirements
- B.Com/Finance/Hospitality degree; 4-6 years F&B cost control in hotels/restaurants.
- Expertise in Excel/POS systems; Bangalore-based.
- Strong analytical skills for Bangalore's competitive F&B market.
