Food Beverage Controller

Food Whisperers is looking for an F&B Controller to drive cost control, profitability, and financial discipline across our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor food & beverage costs , P&L, and outlet profitability
• Manage inventory, recipe costing, wastage, and vendor controls
• Implement SOPs for cost optimization and compliance
• Work closely with operations to improve margins and efficiency
• Generate reports and insights using POS / ERP systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in F&B / QSR / Hospitality
• Strong understanding of cost control & inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel, POS, and reporting systems
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
