About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Training Manager to join a leading hospitality organization in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality businesses, with a focus on food & beverage service and kitchen training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured training programs for F&B service and kitchen teams
• Conduct onboarding and skill enhancement training for new and existing staff
• Develop SOPs and training manuals aligned with brand standards
• Ensure high service quality and operational excellence
• Monitor staff performance and provide continuous feedback
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen leadership to identify training needs
• Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and kitchen operations
• Experience in training delivery and content development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for service excellence and team development
