Job Title: F&B Executive (Food & Beverage Executive)

Job Summary


The F&B Executive will be responsible for managing food and beverage services within the organization. The role includes coordinating pantry operations, ensuring hygiene standards, managing vendors, and providing smooth service during meetings and events.


Key Responsibilities


Manage daily food and beverage operations within the office premises.

Coordinate with vendors and catering partners for food supply and quality service.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained in pantry and dining areas.

Supervise pantry staff and housekeeping staff related to food services.

Arrange tea/coffee, snacks, and meals for meetings, conferences, and company events.

Monitor inventory of pantry items and ensure timely replenishment.

Maintain records of consumption, vendor bills, and monthly expenses.

Ensure proper storage of food items and beverages.

Address employee feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service.

Support administrative tasks related to hospitality management.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management (preferred).

24 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations / Hospitality / Corporate Pantry Management.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to manage vendors and service staff effectively.

Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
