Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, managing the service team, and delivering excellent guest satisfaction while supporting the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food & beverage service operations
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines are followed
• Lead, guide, and motivate the service team during shifts
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline standards
• Assist in staff training, briefing, and performance monitoring
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place
• Support inventory control, wastage reduction, and cost control
• Assist in opening, closing, and shift handover procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

• 24 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)
• Guest-focused with problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
• Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
