Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Head to lead and manage large-scale banqueting and outdoor catering operations. The role requires strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Food & Beverage operations for banquets and outdoor catering events
• Plan, execute, and manage large-scale events , weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service
• Manage cost controls, budgeting, food costing, and P&L performance
• Lead, train, and motivate operations, service, and kitchen teams
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure flawless execution
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Drive innovation in menus, service styles, and event execution

Desired Candidate Profile

• 815 years of experience in Banqueting / Outdoor Catering / Large Event Operations
• Proven experience in handling high-volume, premium events
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food costing, operations planning, and logistics
• Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
