Job Summary:

Ramada by Wyndham, Aligarh is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations including restaurant, banquets, room service, and bar. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurant, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and hospitality.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other departments for smooth operations.
• Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to maintain service excellence.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Plan and execute banquets, events, and special promotions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a reputed hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve revenue.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
