About the Company

Peerless Hotel Kolkata (Flagship Hotel of Peerless Hotels Ltd.). has a diversified F&B Operations with a Coffee Shop (Oceanic), Bass & Barrels (Pub & Lounge), IRD operations for 168 keys & a total of 5 Banquet venues, 5 Board Rooms & One Terrace area. Alongwith the above Peerless Hotels also operates the signature Bengali Fine Dine restaurant- AAHELI having the major outlet in the premises and 2 Satellite restaurants (Axis Mall, New Town & Sarat Bose Road).

About the Role

The role involves overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Monitor inventory and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficient in F&B management software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Local Market exposure will be an added preference.
• Knowledge of Bengali food cuisine will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of current food and beverage trends with knowledge of Pub & Lounge operations.
