What Youll Do:

• Supervise daily caf and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality
• Work with the kitchen team to execute seasonal and specialty menus
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in F&B operations, preferably in premium restaurant setups
• Strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for clean, quality ingredients and guest experience
