Role Overview Why This Role Is Important:

As a Food & Beverage Associate , you will be directly responsible for creating a warm, smooth, and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You are not just serving food, you are representing the Z Hotels service culture.

Your role directly impacts:

• Guest satisfaction and repeat visits
• Service efficiency and hygiene standards
• The overall hospitality experience at the property

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career hospitality professionals who enjoy guest interaction and take pride in service excellence.

What Youll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact):

• Welcome guests courteously and assist them with seating
• Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages as per defined service standards
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready before service
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness
• Assist in banquet service, in-room dining, and special events as assigned
• Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalate when required
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service SOPs strictly
• Support billing accuracy and table closing procedures
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens

• Professional guest communication and service etiquette
• Practical exposure to hotel F&B operations
• Time management during peak service hours

Who Can Apply?

• 12th pass is mandatory
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in F&B operations
• Basic understanding of food service procedures and guest handling
• Familiarity with POS systems and billing is a plus
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
