Flutter Developer

We are looking for a highly skilledFlutter Developerto join our team and lead the development of high-performance mobile and web applications. This is anIndividual Contributor rolewhere you will work closely with project managers, quality analyst, backend and frontend teams to build seamless, scalable, and user-friendly apps using Flutter. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-quality digital experiences.

Working Hours:10:30 am to 7:30 pm Indian Standard

Days of work:Monday to Friday

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced, high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
• Lead end-to-end app development, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, the project manager, QA, business analyst and backend to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Integrate third-party APIs, Firebase, and other required technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, Flutter updates, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of professional mobile and application development experience.
• Hands-on experience working with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and building responsive layouts.
• Experience with state management tools (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, Cubit, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and take ownership of features/projects.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
